After we receive your complete order

  • A deposit amount per item is listed below is obtained using your credit card information.  If additional options are requested, additional deposit may be charged as noted on order form.
  • We reserve the equipment and arrange for shipment.  We also provide a return pack/box.  You will receive equipment and operating instructions.
  • The equipment is shipped via Fedex and arrives at your location.
  • When you are ready to return the equipment, you take to Fedex Location and ship it with the provided return label/pack/box or use your own method (please notify Tech-Go via email or phone call).
  • Upon receipt of the equipment, we update your file and net against your deposit.  Final invoicing and refunding of deposit typically occurs 2 weeks after we receive the equipment.
  • Important!!!  To complete your order, you must comeplete both steps 1 and 2 (Order Form, Agreeement and ID).  Without these items we cannot complete your order.  The signature on the rental agreement must be provided by the credit card holder.  The billing address must be the address where the credit card statement is mailed.
  • Completion of this form is acknowledgement you have read and agree to the terms in our Rental Agreement.

Locations to be used.  If going to very remote areas such as camping, mountains, national parks or very rural areas such as tiny towns, you may need to rent a satellite phone.

Select Date, Time and Shipping method to specify when you want the equipment to arrive? (No Sunday Deliveries).  Price includes shipping, handling and insurance while in transit).  Customer must select ship method below or 2nd business day will be used to ship product.

Shipping Notes: Fedex provides the following guarantee or you will receive a credit for the shipping cost via Fedex (excluding weather delays):  b. Next Business Day service will be received by 10:30 am in cities (later in rural areas) - (not available in very remote areas). c. Second Business Day service will be received by 3 pm to businesses and 7:30 pm to residential addresses.  If you need your order to arrive prior to the Fedex's delivery time, you should enter a date that requests the phone to be delivered 1 day earlier.  Business days are Monday - Friday.

Orders placed Monday through Friday must be received by 3:00 pm EST for same day processing.  Orders received after 3:00 pm EST may be processed same-day but could incur $15 late-shipping Fedex surcharge (usually after 6 pm EST).  All shipping/handling charges are for a single phone.   Multiple phone orders are charged additional shipping at $3 per unit for 2nd day and $5 per unit for next business day.

Return Shipping:  Packages can be returned using the original shipping box and return label provided at costs listed above.  You may use your own packaging and/or shipper but we recommend you insure the shipment since you will be responsible for any loss or damages and billed through date received in our warehouse. Improper packing will incur additional charges.

 Wireless Voice Airtime plan for Phones - Which wireless airtime minute rate do you desire?  If no plan selected, Emergency Plan will be assigned to your rental. Data Devices do not require an airtime voice plan.

$.20 per minute   = Billed Minimum 1000 minute package
$.30 per minute   = Billed Minimum of 60 minutes * days rented (usable anytime), extra minutes at same rate
$.50 per minute   = Billed Minimum of 20 minutes * days rented (usable anytime), extra minutes at same rate
$.75 per minute   = Billed Minimum of 3 minutes * days rented (usable anytime), extra minutes at same rate
$1.25 per minute = Emergency Plan: No minimum minutes.  If no plan selected, Emergency Plan will assigned to your rental

NOTES: Minimum minutes are "pooled" for the rental period which equals day after shipment through day received.  For example: 7 day rental period on the $.75 plan would result in a minimum of 21 minutes usage billed.  7 day rental period on the $.50 plan would result in a minimum of 140 minutes usage billed.  You can use these pooled minutes anytime during the rental period.  For use in Puerto Rico, customer must select $1.25 a minute plan with no minimum.  Except for unlimited plan, SMS Text message rates $.20 for all domestic out and Free incoming, $.60 for outgoing international.

Do you need to call non-USA international numbers?  NOTE: If you do not select one of these plans and call internationally, then you will be charged very expensive rates of $1 to $5 a minute.

Dial Access number and then dial international number.  Rates to Western Europe as low as $.20 a minute.  Additional deposit $25 minimum.

Deluxe Long Distance (Direct Dial) - $1.75+ a minute (plus airtime rate)*
Available for customers who do not wish to manage their balance and direct dial for convenience.  Also, due to rates, an additional $250 deposit is charged to provided credit card.  NOTE: although rare, it is possible to enter a roaming area in the USA that chooses to not allow international dialing to minimize their risks.

Service Options
USA Toll-Free Number for incoming calls.  Do you desire a toll-free number for $.20 a minute extra for incoming calls and to check messages.  Setup fee of $5 is charged to set up forwarding.  Incoming calls from Pay phones incur an FCC mandated surcharge of $.30 per call.
Canada Option allows you to make and receive calls from within Canada cities to anywhere in Canada or USA for $1.25 a minute.  No additional Rental fee.
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John) Option allows you to make and receive calls while traveling.  Cost is $3 a day plus rental fee above.  Rate per minute for incoming and outgoing calls is $1.50 for Puerto Rico and $2.00 for US Virgin Islands.
