Making Calls

| Dial country code |
| Dial the number you wish to call |
| Finish the entry with # and press send |
| Wait for the call |
| Take the call |
| An automatic voice will inform you about the remaining call time |
| The call will be connected |
| You will be charged 5 units for every call connection |
| You will be charged 20 units for each minute of use |
Receiving Calls
| Your phone number will be formatted as +41 791234567. +41 is the
code for Switzerland |
| You will be charged 10 units for each minute of use |
Ending a Call
| Calls are ended by pressing "Hang up" |
| For phones which do not have a separate END key, the SEND key must be
pressed again. |
Checking your remaining credit
| Dial the prefix *147* and confirm with # |
| Press SEND to complete the action |
| Your current credit will immediately appear on your mobile's display |
Recharging your International GSM Card
| Enter the prefix *123* |
| Enter the ValueCards security number and press # |
| Complete the action by pressing SEND |
| You will receive immediate confirmation of the successful reload of your
SIM card. If there is no confirmation, please try again. |
Important Information
| Your maximum call time independent of your credit is 30 minutes |
| A minimum of 2 minutes' worth of remaining credit is required to set up a
call |
| It is not possible to send SMS messages with your International
Card. You may receive SMS messages in most countries (no charge) |
| The credit on your GSM Card will not be allowed to exceed 20,000 units |
| For security reasons, call forwarding is not available |
