I am charged a $250 deposit. What is this for and when will I
receive a credit?
This deposit is for the equipment and service. The deposit will be
credited when the equipment is received in good working condition and 2 months
of carrier bills are available. This take a minimum of 60 days and
our rental agreement provides up to 90 days for final invoicing. You
final invoice will be netted against your deposit with any additional
charges or credits posted to the credit card provided.
Is it possible for me to receive the phone number in advance so I may
forward calls from another number to the phone?
Yes. We provide
you the USA phone number via email the day we ship the phone so you may forward calls from landlines, other cell phones,
even international phones (if allowed by your carrier). You will specify
the shipping method on the on-line order form - either 2nd business day
for $10 or next business day for $20.
Am I charged more for incoming calls even from another country?
You are charged the same rate for incoming and outgoing calls regardless of where
the calls originate per the USA standard. If you forward calls from outside the
US to the phone, you will be
billed for any long distance to the USA, and by Tech-Go for the wireless
minutes at your selected airtime rate.
What are the per minute rates?
Rates vary from $.50 a minute to $1.25 a minute depending on the plan
you choose from our on-line
order form. Rates are for incoming calls from anywhere and
outgoing to anywhere in the USA. This is different than the standard
overseas where the caller pays extra to call cell phones and the cell
phone holder pay little or nothing to receive calls. Phone may be used anywhere in the
USA (where there is coverage) with no additional roaming fees. Our phones have the best coverage
available with good digital coverage in large cities and analog service in
most rural areas (excluding Sprint).
Is voicemail included?
Yes, you are provided voicemail with the access code. This allows
you to check message and even change your greeting.
Can I make international calls on the phone?
Yes. Tech-Go can provide a phone with international calling enabled.
Our Basic International is a prepaid service with a default $25 loaded on
the phone. This protects you if the phone is lost or stolen since
the thief cannot make hundreds of dollars in international calls. You can check out our international rates by clicking
here. These rates are in addition to the wireless rate you
select. You may request additional usage on the on-line order form
or by notifying Tech-Go (allow 1 day for processing).
Tech-Go also offers a Deluxe International Long Distance that does not
require balance monitoring, but has additional deposits and costs

You may also use an international calling card that allows you to dial
a USA phone number and then enter your international number.
How do you handle shipping?
Phone is delivered to you within the USA along with a return box.
Phone can be shipped anywhere in the USA where someone can sign for
it. Most customers have Tech-Go ship to their hotel or business and
notify the receiving location to expect the Fedex shipment. Customer
chooses shipping method on the on-line
order form (2nd business day or next business day) and pays for
shipping both ways. Rental period starts day after shipment through
day received back in our warehouse. When you are ready to return,
you simply contact Fedex to pick up or drop in any Fedex drop-box (keep
the top copy of the shipping label for your records).
If you desire delivery to a hotel, we recommend you contact the hotel in
advance to notify them of the delivery since many hotels do not properly deliver
shipments to guests without prior notification from guests.

Tech-Go is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. So we may provide you the most
competitive rates on the net and to reduce our costs, we require shipment to our
customers. This saves us a lot of overhead which we pass along to you as
reduced rates. Phones that you may find at a local airport are typically much
more expensive - Usually $5 to $7 per day plus $1.50 to $3.00 per minute.
