Description of the Promotion
The Tech-Go promotion ("Promotion") provides you with the opportunity to win a free Motorola Timeport L7089 phone.  The Promotion is conducted monthly by randomly drawing from the list of entrants.  You may win no more than 1 phone every 90 days.

The Promotion will continue on an ongoing basis until terminated by Tech-Go, inc.  Tech-Go, inc. reserves the right to terminate the Promotion without notice.

Eligibility
No purchase necessary. The Promotion is open solely to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and agents, the immediate families (defined as spouse, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents) of these persons, and their co-habitants are NOT eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Persons residing in areas outside of the United States or Canada, or where this Promotion is void (including Puerto Rico, and in some cases Florida and New York) may no enter the Promotion. To redeem a prize or Drawing win, the user must have: a) truthfully completed his or her Tech-Go entry information, b) abided by the rules, and c) have one and only one email on file with Tech-Go.

Registration
You must register and become an Tech-Go, inc. member prior to your participation in the Promotion. There is no cost to register and you need not register more than once per contest. To register, visit the Tech-Go, inc. web site at www.Tech-Go.com, click on "ENTER MONTHLY CONTEST!," and complete all required information on the registration form. You must provide an e-mail address for use throughout the Promotion in order to enter.  You may enter one and only one name and email account per person.  Registering multiple times will not help your chances of winning and may result in your disqualification from drawings. 

How to Enter
A. Online Drawings
To enter any Drawing online, a user must click on the designated buttons to complete the provided form.

B. Mail Entry
To enter a Drawing by mail, hand print your name, address, day/evening telephone number, and your user name on a "3 x 5" card and mail to Tech-Go Drawing, 2625 Piedmont Road, Suite 56-170, Atlanta, GA 30324.  Designate the Drawing you wish to enter by month. You may designate only one Drawing on any mail entry and you may mail only one entry in each stamped envelope. If your entry is not received by the designated Drawing date, it will be entered into the next Drawing of that type. When your mail entry is received and entered, you will be credited with one entry for each envelope received up to the maximum number of entries allowed in that Drawing. If your entry is not received by the date of the Drawing you designate, you will receive the maximum number of entries for the Drawing in which you are ultimately entered. Mail entries without a bona fide username will not be accepted, and Tech-Go, inc. is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, postage due, illegible, or incomplete entries.

Winner Selection
Winners in all Drawings will be selected from all eligible online and mail entries received. The Drawings will be conducted by Tech-Go, inc., whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning any Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail, and Tech-Go, inc. is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Winners must respond within seven days of attempted e-mail notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Certain winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of attempted notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If a prize is won by a minor, an alternative winner will be selected.

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded within eight weeks of a Drawing's closing. Prizes will not be awarded unless the user's Tech-Go, inc. profile information was true and complete at the time of the applicable Drawing's closing.  Except as otherwise specifically provided hereunder, winners may not substitute, transfer, or assign any prize won. A winner may request a cash payment in lieu of any prize won, although Tech-Go, inc. reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether to grant the request. If the request is granted, Tech-Go, inc. reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the amount of the cash offer. The winner may then elect to accept the cash offer, accept the original prize or decline both and take nothing. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses associated with claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winners. There is a limit of 1 prize per person per quarter.

General
Tech-Go, inc. further reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time, without notice, to amend, add to, delete from, alter, or otherwise change these Official Rules in such manner as Tech-Go, inc., in its sole discretion, shall determine appropriate for playing the Tech-Go, inc. Games and operating Tech-Go, inc. on the Internet. Tech-Go, inc.'s exclusive rights expressed herein shall include, without limitation, the right to rescript the operating code of Tech-Go, inc. and the Tech-Go, inc. Games in order to prevent any unauthorized tampering with the operations or play of Tech-Go, inc. and/or the Tech-Go, inc. Games or any unauthorized use of computer programs, scripts, or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of play in any Tech-Go, inc. Game.

The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, players agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Tech-Go, inc. which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Tech-Go, inc., its directors, employees, and agents from any and against any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize won. By participating in this Promotion, you may periodically receive announcements from Tech-Go, inc. and/or advertisers or sponsors of the Games or Drawings.  Tech-Go, inc. shall not be responsible for, and shall have no liability to, any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on the Tech-Go, inc. web site or on any other site to which players may link to from the Tech-Go, inc. site. This Promotion is subject to the Tech-Go, inc. Privacy Statement available on the Tech-Go, inc. web site.

Internet
If for any reason the Internet portion of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tech-Go, inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Tech-Go, inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any Drawing. Tech-Go, inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Tech-Go, inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or line, computer, on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Tech-Go, inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE Tech-Go, INC. WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Tech-Go, INC AND/OR ANY OF ITS SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Please specify the Drawing type(s), date(s), and time(s) of each Tech-Go, inc. Drawing for which you would like the winners. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery of any requested winner's list.
